OH WHAT JOY! From a Hawaiian Cookbook
INEVITABILITY; is standing in front of a raging bull elephant and getting run over! If you are crazy enough to do that, it is inevitable!
Inevitable, computers crash, there’s power outages, thief, fires, lost, the kids! There used to be a bumper sticker that said “Shit Happens”. And it’s as true now as it ever has been. Count on it!
A time will come when you are stressing over information that you thought was safely stored on the computer. Technology is such a dammed fragile thing. It’s inevitable!
ADVOCATE, of cookbooks, in the physical form, that’s what I am. Never again will I find myself swearing at the dam computer, frustrated, can’t get to a Hawaiian Chicken recipe.
Drop a cookbook and it still works. One of the kids rips out pages from the cook book and it still works. Soda spilled on a cookbook and it still works. Beat up the cookbook all you want. IT STILL WORKS!!!
Getting the picture yet? Not convinced? Are you thinking “That won’t happen to me”? Are you thinking “My computer won’t crash”? Are you thinking, “Who would want to steal my computer”?
Well all this advocate of Hawaiian Cookbook will say is right now is this, “Life is full of inevitabilities. Plan for it or die. Painfully!”
