“Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Wings”

 

Marinade;

  1. 5 lbs frozen chicken wings
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/3  cup shoyu
  4. 1/2 cup green onions
  5. 3 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1/4 Chili pepper flakes

 

  • Thaw the chicken wing and pat dry.
  • Heat the 2 tbsp of sesame seeds in a pan until the aroma releases, you’ll smell it, it take just a few seconds.
  • Chop green onions into 1/8 inch (thin) pieces along its length.
  • Mince garlic.
  • Combine all the ingredients and add the chicken wings.
  • save 1/4 cup of green onion and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds until baking.
  • Let marinate, 4 hours or over-night for best results.

“Shoyu and Honey Glaze”

  • 3/4cup Shoyu
  • 1/4 honey
  • ¼ tsp Sesame Seed Oil

Combine the glaze ingredients together well

Set oven at 425 degrees. Brush on a liberal amount of the glaze, sprinkle with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until nice golden brown. Glaze once more after 20 minutes.
