HAWAIIAN MACARONI POTATO SALAD

Macaroni-Potato Salad

½ lb. macaroni
7 hard-cooked eggs
3 red potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp pepper
1 package frozen peas and carrots

Cook macaroni
Boil eggs until “hard boiled” then chop to aprx macaroni size
Boil Red Potatoes, then chop to aprx macaroni size

Into a large bowl
add chopped egg, macaroni, chopped potatoes, all spice. thaw vegetables, salt, vinegar, pepper and mix well.
put into a large bowl with macaroni and potatoes. Stir in salt and vinegar; chill overnight.

Chill in refrigerator.
Ready to eat.

Oh yeah, one more thing, just to make it just a little bit over the top and to make everyone say “Wow”. add some cooked chicken breasts! Now this is a Hawaiian Chicken and Macaroni salad recipe my friend’s Grandmother would be proud of, who I stole the basic recipe from. ha ha ha . She loved this recipe!
