WHAT ARE YOU HUNGRY FOR?

What are you hungry for?I have been on a pickled vegetable kick long enough! It was good practice, and the comments of the recipes have been fantastic, so much so that friends have been asking if I could make some for them.

Kimchee, cucumber kimchee, salted cabbage, namasu, pickled ogo, I have been busy keeping filling everyone’s requests. Now it is my turn, “what am I hungry for?” I haven’t a clue. Which Hawaiian foods are you hungry for? What haven’t you eaten in a long time and could go for right now? Come on, help me out! I really need some ideas.

Ok let’s narrow the choices down and think chicken. How about “Oyster Chicken”, that’s chicken with oyster sauce. Sounds good? What about “Chicken Adobo”, maybe? Chicken Adobo is always a good choice, you know. Oh here is one, “Yaki Tori Chicken”, make plenty of rice for this Hawaiian recipe. this will also go great with the home made kimchee I have in the refrigerator. How about “Lemon Chicken”, this is always a favorite Hawaiian recipe. Although for me I have to be in the mood for it. But you know what, it can easily be changed into “Orange Chicken”.

If you think L&L’s orange chicken is good you got to try this recipe! So what are you hungry for? Does any of these Hawaiian recipes get you drooling? Got any other suggestions? What are you craving for?

Great can’t wait for the Fried Oyster Chicken recipe, but it doesn’t sound diabetic friendly; is it? Hey if you want some diabetic friendly recipes go to http://diabeticcookbookblog.com. They have great recipes.
